Karl has been working in a therapy support role since March 2017, and with CPPS since September 2022. He works alongside Occupational Therapists as they treat clients, often in home and community settings, working on functional programmes and using appropriate equipment. He also participates in specialist clinics as required for specific client needs, e.g. wheelchair clinic, ensuring that recommendations and advice are followed up within the multidisciplinary team. Karl is qualified in BSL Sign Language (Level 1 and 2).

Karl takes great satisfaction from empowering, motivating and supporting individuals who may be struggling in many different aspects of everyday life, and seeing them achieve progress and independence.
