Care and Occupational Therapy Expert Witness Services

We provide high quality, independent expert witness services to the courts and SEND tribunals, offering assessment and medico-legal reports in respect of care and occupational therapy both for children and adults.

We accept instruction from claimants and defendants, insurers, joint expert instructions, local authorities and parents/carers.

We are experienced in acquired brain injury, birth injuries, learning difficulties, complex orthopaedic injury, spinal cord injury, upper and lower disability, amputation, visual psychological, behavioural and mental health conditions.
