Emma has 18 years’ experience as an OT, with specialism in Adult and Paediatric Rheumatology and hand therapy rehabilitation.

She has extensive knowledge of best use of static and dynamic splinting, scar management, and assessment and treatment of brachial plexus injuries. Her experience of children’s congenital hand conditions has led her to work with multidisciplinary teams in home and school settings to assess and manage treatment programmes and goals. She also helps clients with chronic pain management and complex regional pain syndrome, formulating programmes to return to school, work or leisure pursuits. This often requires learning strategies to enable patients to manage independently.

Emma offers treating occupational therapy as well as expert occupational therapy assessment and reports.
